This one was a big surprise to me. I had this bottle in the beer fridge for quite some time and continued to pass it by for what I thought would be better beers. Finally opened it and ended up sharing with my wife as she really enjoyed it as well.
Appearance is a nice light orange with a thick white head. The aroma is very sweet with some Belgian yeast and lemon. Taste is where this one scores well as it has a lot of champagne/wine line grape character and a very soft spice, with a complex mix of yeast, pepper and coriander. The alcohol is completely hidden.
This was a really enjoyable beer and again one that surprised me as I was expecting a good beer but not an exceptional beer.
Pros: Complex and very flavorful
Alcohol Content: 9.0% ABV
