So many breweries are going for the big imperial stouts with 10%+ ABVs but sometimes you just need an easy drinking low ABV stout to drink after work. Black Claw from Blue Lobster is a great choice for those nights.
Color is dark brown with a two finger tan head with big lazy bubbles. Aroma has lots of roasted malts chocolate and coffee for the most part with a hint of hop. Taste is what I expect from a stout with the same chocolate/coffee to start and just a hint of earthy hops to balance things out. This is not a thick syrupy stout just a nice easy drinking after dinner drink.
Pros: Very tasty with low ABV for a stout
Alcohol Content: 6.0% ABV
