384. Candia Road Brewing East Coast Pale

Candia Road East Coast PaleThis is my second beer from Candia Road Brewing. The first was an IPA that was incredibly murky  this is their pale ale and is a much cleaner beer than the first. Appearance is a bright orange – more so than the photo shows with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is quite nice with a mix of sweet malts and some spicy/fruity hops.

Taste is a well balanced mix of sweet caramel malts and citrus hops. Very easy drinking and certainly worth trying if you come across a bottle. This is only available in New Hampshire so keep your eye out next time you visit your favorite NH beer store.

Brewers Description: Our first… and favorite. The East Coast style is easy, lightly carbonated, creamy, dark amber with a hint of sweet carmel. The finish is crisp with a light citrus hop notes and aroma.
