Earth Eagle Brewings is a new nano-brewery in Portsmouth, NH located downtown. They only sell beer from the brewery, no bottles or cans and no kegs in restaurants or bars at this point so you have to visit the brewery to get their beer. I stopped by on opening day and sampled all 6 of their beers. Ended up with a growler of New England Gansta (American IPA) and a Red Ryder (Red/Amber Ale).
As you can tell from the photo the beer pours a radiant orange with a thick white head. Aroma may be the best part of this beer with lots mango and citrus fruits coming through. Taste mixes it up a bit with some pine bitterness to start then quickly head to the tropical and citrus fruits and finished with a nice sweet caramel malt. Finish is crisp, clean and refreshing. Beer is very well balanced and something any IPA fan would enjoy.
